Job Description
Experience: Data entry or related office experience
Education: Matric or equivalent
Timing: 9 am – 5:30 pm
Location: Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 20,00 – PKR 25,00
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
• Enter and update customer and account information in the database.
• Compile and sort source data for computer entry, establishing entry priorities.
• Review and process customer/account documents, resolving deficiencies.
• Input alphabetic and numeric data using keyboard or scanner according to screen format.
• Verify and correct entered data, addressing deficiencies promptly.
• Combine incomplete data from both systems and eliminate duplicate records.
• Test system changes/upgrades and perform data backups for security.
• Follow data program techniques, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to team efforts and report operational changes as needed.
Skills:
• Organization, quick typing, attention to detail, computer savvy.
• Good communication skills, confidentiality, thoroughness.
Education and Experience:
• Matric or equivalent.
• Data entry or related office experience.
