Compliance Wizard is a leader in safety and compliance services in Alberta and Western Canada. We manage regulation compliance, Human Resources, and administrative duties for 70+ Trucking Companies.
We are seeking a Highly Effective, Independent, and Self-Motivated Hiring Manager to manage the recruitment and successful processing of drivers for 70+ Trucking Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Insert client and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
- Experience with MS Suite and data programs.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Experience with list building, Lead Generation, and Data Cleaning.

Experience:
