Job Description
Job Purpose: To maintain the integrity and accuracy of manufacturing data by entering production, inventory, and other relevant data into the system whilst adhering to values and plant procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data about manufacturing, such as what we produce, materials used, machine efficiency, and maintenance plans.
- Review and fix any mistakes in the data.
- Collaborate with supervisors and operators to gather necessary information.
- Regularly back up data to prevent loss and ensure recovery if needed.
- Create standard and custom reports for the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Operations Manager in analyzing manufacturing data for better understanding.
- Organize and maintain physical records according to data management policies.
- Share manufacturing and inventory data during audits or inspections.
- Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in data entry methods for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least Intermediate/BA/BBA
- At least two years of experience
Skills:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellence in oral, written, and electronic communications.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- SAP Proficiency
