Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing data, inputting data into QuickBooks, verifying data accuracy, maintaining records, and performing administrative assistance tasks as required. The Data Entry Specialist will ensure a high level of accuracy and productivity, meeting established deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent typing and computer literacy skills
- Familiarity with data entry techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including QuickBooks and databases
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, BBA or related field
- Prior experience in Accounting or related fields is desirable
