Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist located in Lahore. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting and updating data into databases, maintaining accurate records, responding to customer inquiries, providing administrative assistance, and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- High typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Customer service skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to provide administrative assistance as and when required
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in a data entry role
- Experience with database management and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
