Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. Attention to detail, speed, and a high level of accuracy are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain organized records of all data entries and reports.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Generate reports, summaries, and data visualizations as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), Google Docs, and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
