Job Description:
- Utilize various platforms and tools to conduct research and gather data on potential leads.
- Accurately input and maintain lead information in our databases and CRM system.
- Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize and organize lead information.
- Generate and update reports on lead generation activities regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve data entry processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a lead generation or sales support role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of lead generation principles and processes is a plus.
