Purpose
To operate and manage a computer system for data entry, retrieval, and database query operations. Keep the database updated and provide required information promptly.
Education & Relevant Experience
Minimum graduate with additional computer training/certification. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge
- Data Management
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Typing speed
Areas of Responsibility
Business:
- Dispatch data between Web and Handheld Unit; ensure Meter Reader rotation.
- Screen meter reading data for abnormalities.
- Check abnormal consumption, MR notes validation, and anomalies.
- Route abnormal cases for resolution to other functions.
- Generate reports, perform backups, and address office equipment issues.
