HR Force International is currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Quality Analytics professional to join our team. As a Data Quality Analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in our systems. Your role will involve conducting data quality assessments, implementing data validation rules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures
• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and inaccuracies
• Create and maintain data validation rules and mechanisms
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to develop data quality metrics and monitoring processes
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues
• Develop and deliver data quality training and education programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data quality and data management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in data quality management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles, practices, and methodologies
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and standardization techniques
• Proficiency in data quality tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
