Job Description
A Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of a database. As a DBA in our company located in Karachi, you will play a critical role in managing our database systems.
Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining our databases, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for ensuring the data is backed up, and implementing security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
You will also collaborate with the development team to optimize database performance for our applications. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and implementing database upgrades and migrations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should have a solid understanding of database management systems and experience with SQL.
