Job Description
Systems Limited is looking for experienced professionals to join as a Postgres DBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL database systems.
- Optimize database performance and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement database security measures.
- Plan and execute database backups and recovery operations.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Stay updated on new database technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of PostgreSQL DBA experience.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and design.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL programming.
- Experience in performance tuning and database security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
