Job Description
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the software life cycle by system designing, scheduling, job assignments to a team of personnel, and allocation of system resources.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all systems areas in terms of software.
- Responsible for recommendation for purchasing and installation of application software (front end tool and database).
- Responsible for monitoring the entire MIS systems’ development life cycle in coordination with outside vendors. In case of in-house development, managing user requirement analysis, system design, job assignment to programmers, and monitoring the level of software development/coding.
- Responsible for testing and recommending developed software either by outside vendors or in-house.
- Responsible for controlling the security aspect of the MIS system.
