Job Description
About the role:
As a Knowledge Base Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, organising, and maintaining the company’s knowledge base to support employees and customers. Key responsibilities include managing content, implementing a taxonomy system, and monitoring usage metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualification and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with knowledge base platforms like Easy PQQ
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
Work mode: Onsite
Shift Time: 12pm-9pm (UK 8am-5pm)
Location: Sector F Dha 1 Rwp
Salary: Market Competitive
