Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Debt Collector to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for reaching out to individuals with outstanding payments and negotiating repayment plans to facilitate the recovery of funds.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of all communications, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to all regulatory standards governing debt collection practices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong negotiation abilities. While previous experience in debt collection is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
