Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in cloud technologies (Azure, GCP), APIs, .NET, Python, Angular, and other JavaScript frameworks. They should have a deep understanding of Onion Architecture and microservices design patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Guide developers, engage in technical discussions, and ensure best software design practices.
- Domain Mastery: Quickly grasp product domain knowledge to contribute effectively to project needs.
- Problem Solving: Lead in resolving technical issues and ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Design Adherence: Ensure software design principles are maintained for high-quality code and scalable solutions.
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Align technical solutions with business objectives and mentor junior team members.
- Innovation: Stay updated on web and cloud technologies trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8-10 years of software industry experience with 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, .NET, Python, Angular, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex software projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
