Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage delivery schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
– Monitor order status, dispatch orders, and coordinate with drivers.
– Ensure accurate order fulfillment, quality control, and food safety.
– Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding delivery.
– Train and develop delivery team members.
– Analyze sales data and optimize delivery operations for efficiency and profitability.
– Collaborate with restaurant staff for seamless delivery operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
– 2+ years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or related field.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
