Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Manager at Eto Foods Pvt Ltd in Lahore. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing delivery operations, managing a team of drivers, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or food industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating delivery operations
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Proficiency in computer systems and logistics software
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
