Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a highly experienced Delivery Manager to supervise the product delivery process. Key responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with delivery partners, and optimizing the Shopify platform for efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor delivery schedules
- Manage delivery partners and contracts
- Optimize delivery routes and methods
- Integrate Shopify platform with delivery operations
- Conduct team meetings and provide training
- Address customer inquiries promptly
- Ensure delivery quality standards
- Prepare regular delivery performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in delivery/logistics management
- Strong Shopify experience
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
