Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Delivery: Deliver food orders to customers safely and promptly. Verify order accuracy and packaging and utilize navigation tools for efficient routes.
- Customer Service: Foster a friendly environment, respond to customer inquiries professionally, and handle payment processing.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle while following traffic regulations.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document delivery records and monitor order discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to health regulations and wear appropriate safety gear during deliveries.
Qualifications: High school diploma (Matric), valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, good local area familiarity, and excellent communication skills are required.
