Job Description
- Develop, analyze and evaluate the replenishment plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy sales needs while considering network complexity and supply constraints.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models.
- Provide input to the Supply Planning team on inventory strategies and new product launches.
- Achieve targeted Demand Plan Accuracy and drive actions to minimize deviations.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities and communicate customer action plans.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of industry experience.
- Engineering graduate with MBA in Supply Chain/Operations/Finance.
- APICS or other Forecasting Certification preferred.
- Proficient in statistics, forecasting methods, and software like SAP or Oracle Demand Planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
