Job Description
METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in 18 months. In July 2012, METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan for mutual benefit. Today, operating 10 centers in major cities.
Job Description:
- Lead HR policies & activities at the designated business unit
- Monitor HR Analytics for employee productivity
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Identify critical roles through succession planning
- Build organizational capability aligned with business strategy
- Support sales team in talent development
- Ensure structured performance management & employee relations
- Manage monthly payroll & related processes with compliance
Qualifications:
University degree in Business Management with HR specialization.
3-4 years of relevant experience.
