Job Description
- Report to FM and assist in stock ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Lead Store Associates in mass merchandising, shelf and stock management, and department cleanliness.
- Assist in achieving department sales targets.
- Mechanize the Department before store opening.
- Present products according to Plano gram.
- Ensure discipline with proper & professional attire.
- Track expiry dates of products during stock deliveries.
- Manage stock and shelves efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure department and shelves are 100% clean.
- Develop 10% new customers annually.
- Address customer complaints, understand needs, and propose solutions.
- Maintain and update customer files for effective communication.
- Regularly contact customers to understand their needs.
- Analyze best customers’ needs and offer solutions.
- Manage promotion sales, reordering, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor team members’ productivity levels.
