Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Deputy Chief Engineer at Union Pak Group. The Deputy Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards, developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiency, and coordinating with other teams to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 20+ Years of Experience (Required)
- Strong technical and engineering skills with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering
- Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safety and engineering standards, codes, and regulations
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration is a plus
