Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal person and process owner in MOL Pakistan for compliance with Group E&P Project Approval and Project Management Regulations.
- Accountable for conducting enterprise risk assessment in collaboration with key stakeholders of the company.
- Prepare and update MOL Pakistan IWP-Integrated Work Program for Operated and Non-Operated Assets required for TCM, OCM, Early CAPEX Planning, and BU Plan preparation.
- Prepare and maintain the Stage Gate and IPP (Individual Project Proposal) MAP on a monthly basis for HQ reporting.
- Review and endorse the real-time country portfolio report, generated by Power BI using data from PWA and SAP, before sharing the same with the Top Management.
- Guide and provide support to Project Managers and Project Teams for conducting timely and successful Technical and Stage Gate Reviews. Ensure timely preparation and approval of IPPs-Individual Project Proposals and Change Requests for all MOL Pakistan CAPEX projects to meet the timelines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in engineering, preferred Post Graduate Degree, and qualification/certifications in Project Management.
Professional competencies:
- Sound knowledge of Project Management and Project Engineering; and basic knowledge of Exploration and Production and Value Chain.
- Good understanding of Risk Management, HSE, Supply Chain Management, Stage Gate Process, and Stakeholder Management.
- Demonstrable competence in the preparation of Project Proposals and Decision Support Packages.
- Basic understanding of Budget and Financial Management.
- Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Should have strong analytical/problem-solving and quantitative abilities.
- Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills.
Experience:
At least 7-10 Years of relevant experience.
