Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager HR to lead our local and international recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing top talent for our US operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with department heads, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Shift: Night (06:00 pm – 03:00 am)
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international recruitment functions
- Collaborate with department heads for hiring needs
- Handle Administration-related tasks efficiently
- Manage the 360° Recruitment Cycle
- Support other HR functions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3-4 years of international hiring experience
- Knowledge of US recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
