Job Description
Law Graduate with 3 years of experience and 1 year of Bar Enrollment.
- Review complaints and gather information from relevant departments on specific issues.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complaints and conduct independent investigations when necessary.
- Maintain effective relationships with Wafaqi Mohtasib office officials.
- Ensure compliance with laws while assisting parties in reaching solutions.
- Prepare status reports on Wafaqi Mohtasib cases for management.
- Identify complaint trends for corrective actions.
- Assess and manage risks, develop response strategies, and monitor them.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of risk reporting.
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
