Job Description
MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Masters with at least 5 years of experience. Knowledge of Regulatory Framework is an added advantage. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing complaints, assessing Passing Unregistered Gas complaints, analyzing gas theft claims, preparing MIS reports, attending hearings, assisting senior management, coordinating escalated complaints, updating stakeholders, and managing key risks.
