Job Description

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Deputy Manager – HR Strategy. The successful candidate will manage reports, monthly financial reviews, and performance management using Power BI. Collaboration with ERP colleagues and supervision of financial operations are required. Participation in IT projects like the School App is also part of the role.

Required Skills: Experience in audit/accounting, MIS/dashboard creation, familiarity with MGDP and Power BI, strong interpersonal skills.

Education: CA, ACCA, or MBA from a reputable institute. Experience: 4-5 years relevant experience. Location: Karachi.
