Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Deputy Manager Legal at K-Electric. In this role, you will support the Legal Manager in various legal aspects of the organization including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing litigation matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the Legal Manager in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on legal issues.
- Assist in managing litigation matters and representing the company in legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a legal role. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
