Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager in the Quality and Improvement Performance Department (QIPS). This position plays a critical role in assisting the Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in developing and implementing quality improvement strategies.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the department, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Lead and motivate a team of quality specialists and analysts.
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive process improvements.
- Identify areas for potential risk and develop mitigation plans.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
