- Manage the TE/Concordia Service Desk, responding to inquiries across regions and departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain updated school support data and execute development plans.
- Oversee distribution of academic materials while ensuring quality alignment.
- Maintain and update manuals and policies by incorporating revisions from relevant departments.
