Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Sales to join our team at The Hassol in the paint industry. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, develop strategies to increase market share, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve objectives.
- Lead and motivate a sales team.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Maintain existing client relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and report findings.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in the paint industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales performance.
- Leadership and team motivation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
