Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and strategic planning. Strong leadership skills and textile manufacturing experience are required.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience in dyeing, finishing, or textile manufacturing
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
