Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to ensure timely filling of vacant positions.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize various channels to enhance visibility in the talent community.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure hiring approvals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Design assessments and execute Assessment Centers.
  • Build relationships with placement departments of specific universities.
  • Develop systems, procedures, and policies for recruitment.
  • Coordinate with Regional Teams for timely filling of positions.
  • Assist in different projects as required.
