Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure timely filling of vacant positions.
- Develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various channels to enhance visibility in the talent community.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure hiring approvals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Design assessments and execute Assessment Centers.
- Build relationships with placement departments of specific universities.
- Develop systems, procedures, and policies for recruitment.
- Coordinate with Regional Teams for timely filling of positions.
- Assist in different projects as required.
