Job Description
A leading group of industries is looking to hire Deputy Manager Talent Management for its Karachi Office. NOW HR is seeking a highly skilled individual to join the team.
Budget: 200K
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization, both in Technical and Commercial fields.
- Creating job postings and managing advertising campaigns to reach potential candidates through various channels.
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers or teams.
- Administering skill tests, personality assessments, and other relevant evaluations to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
- Preparing and presenting job offers and negotiating compensation packages with selected candidates.
- Collaborating with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Developing initiatives and programs to foster a positive and engaging work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Working with management to identify potential successors for key positions within the organization.
- Addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
Qualification and Requirements:
- MBA HRM or relevant degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR or Talent Management.
- Candidates from the Manufacturing sector will be preferred.
