Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain stringent quality control standards and procedures for all recreational entertainment facilities.
- Monitor and enforce quality control guidelines across amusement rides, attractions, food services, and all associated operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality and safety standards.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute technical audits of amusement rides, attractions, and related equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure that all amusement operations comply with applicable safety requirements and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
