Job Description
- To assist RM in devising HWPI and DPI programs to enhance patient care standards.
- Develop policies and guidelines for Quality Assurance programs for top-notch patient care.
- Lead team in implementing policies to ensure highest standards of care.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct audits for Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Collaborate with staff to promote a culture of patient safety.
- Monitor and analyze events to maintain updated database records.
- Identify trends to prevent adverse events and lead RCA and FMEA when needed.
- Deliver training on Quality Improvement and patient safety.
- Provide guidance to staff on best practices and support in learning new skills.
- Assist RM in preparing reports for CEO and board presentations.
