Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Lead in managing maintenance tasks, work orders, resource allocation, and supervision at Plant and offsite locations.
- Execute annual integrated planner, track progress, develop procurement plan, and ensure budget allocation in line with company decisions.
- Prepare JSA/TRA, ensure PTW compliance, and report safety concerns to Mechanical Team Lead.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to inspect and maintain static equipment for optimal uptime.
- Document lessons learned during maintenance activities to improve future processes.
- Comply with SD & HSE policies to ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Competencies:
- Strong managerial, technical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in E&P company, refinery, or petrochemical plants.
