Job Description
Location: Field-based (Islamabad)
Department: Infection Prevention Solutions / Engineering Services
Total Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer with a strong background in Mechatronics or Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of various equipment, including CSSD machinery and hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and conduct training sessions.
- Prepare service documentation while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel is required.
