Job Description:
- Support in Resolving Network and Security Issues for Customers.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Experience with Fortinet, Sophos, and Microtik Routers.
- Remote and on-site computer issues resolving (PC and Mac, hardware, and software).
- Hardware Troubleshooting Experience (must).
- ISP/Networking Concepts of LAN, WAN, VLAN, IPs, Routers & Switches.
- Perform technical tasks like password resets, permission management, and more.
- Windows Server 2012 or 2016 Installation, Configuration, Active Directory knowledge.
- Cisco/HP/Alcatel Switch configuration experience.
- Windows and Printers installation for client PC.
- Problem Solving Skill and teamwork ability.
- Documentation of processes and Reporting.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in CE/CS related discipline.
Microsoft Certification/training are necessary. Fortinet Certifications desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 5 years. Fresh Graduates can apply.
