Role Description
We are hiring a Desktop Support Officer for a full-time on-site role. The selected candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, install software, and ensure smooth desktop operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in desktop support
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Software installation and configuration experience
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
