Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Desktop Technician/Junior Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our desktop users and assisting with system administration tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of desktop hardware and software, as well as basic knowledge of network administration. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure desktop systems, and maintain system documentation.
