Job Description
- Enter development invoices into Job Cost and ensure proper approval and coding in construction and development subledgers.
- Interact with lenders and equity partners directly.
- Coordinate payables disbursement upon draw funding receipt.
- Manage construction funding trackers and maintain job contracts in Job Cost.
- Calculate and record monthly project fees.
- Review and record month-end accruals for projects under construction.
- Ensure accuracy in development-related financial records.
