Job Description
The Development Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development strategies and programs in Asia. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the organization’s financial goals in Asia.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with existing and potential donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
- Identify new funding opportunities and develop grant proposals.
- Manage and oversee grant projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement project plans and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising and development, preferably in an international NGO.
- Proven track record in securing major grants and donations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
