Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installs and configures software packages for development, testing, and deployments.
- Maintains server environments for projects.
- Designs CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automates build, test, and deployment processes.
- Configures and secures servers.
- Manages cloud-based and on-premises servers.
- Deploys Docker containers for consistency.
- Works with Kubernetes (if applicable).
- Manages firewalls and implements security practices.
- Monitors system performance and implements logging solutions.
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports hazards and risks to QHSE.
- Complies with IMS Policy and Legal Requirements.
- Attends IMS Awareness Sessions.
- Collaborates with IMS team on IT compliance.
- Ensures IMS procedures are followed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Expertise in Jenkins and Docker.
- Experience in server management and network security.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and cloud platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
