Job Description
Are you an experienced Dialer Support Engineer with expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial? Contactivity is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure seamless dialer operations and exceptional support for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for dialer systems.
- Monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Implement dialer systems per client needs.
- Train end-users on dialer features.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
Note: This is a night shift position.
