Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create effective strategies across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to achieve growth.
- Oversee and supervise a team of performance marketing and SEO experts.
- Lead all innovation & experimental initiatives related to optimization of performance marketing department.
- Create/monitor sales target in order to achieve set targets.
- Optimize current practices and procedures related to performance marketing to enhance overall productivity of the department.
- Analyze real-time insights and competitor activity to devise action plans.
Requirements
- Masters or minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- 3+ years of proven experience of working in a similar role.
- Meta and Google Certification is mandatory.
- Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in performance marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficient with Ad level (meta) optimization, content marketing, and search marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, etc.
- Outstanding written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
