Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill the position of Social Media and Employer Branding Executive at Folio3 Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography, video editing, and design tools like Figma, along with exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include creating multimedia content, managing social media channels, and supporting employer branding campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Produce high-quality video content for social platforms, covering filming, editing, and post-production.
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Figma.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams for employer branding content and campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance to suggest enhancements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
