Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven digital marketing executive to join our team at SmartBenefits. If you’re passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends, possess strong analytical skills, and have a knack for creative content creation, this role is for you.
Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, optimizing calendars and segmentation strategies.
- Implement SEO measures to boost website visibility and traffic.
- Enhance website and blog content, optimizing for SEO and audience engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and maintain a content calendar.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics for optimization and continuous growth.
- Optimize blog content for SEO and track performance.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure the seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduation in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience in creating video content is a plus.
- Strong social media management and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and is a team player.
