Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a marketing team
- Strong competence in all areas of marketing, including strategic planning, digital advertising, content creation, and data analysis
- Prior experience in an agency setup is essential
- Although not strictly required, approximately 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred
